Our Services
Sapient Health offers a range of services from primary care to mental health services to laboratory services. We incorporate a blend of integrative and traditional methods into our practice to individualize the care and management of patients. We also utilize services at local hospitals and refer to specialists locally and at university health systems when necessary.
Primary Care
Our advanced practice nurses can serve as your primary care provider for health promotion, disease prevention and chronic care management.
Same-day appointments
We care for new and current patients in need of same-day services based on appointment availability. Call for more information.
Genetic testing
We provide consultation, testing and counseling for pharmacogenomics for medication management, hereditary cancer syndromes, cardiovascular risk and blood disorders.
Women's Health
We offer pregnancy testing, cancer screening services and referrals for additional OB-GYN services as needed.
Mental Health Services
Our nurse practitioner can assess and treat patients who need support for a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety and other common diagnoses. We also have referral sources within the community for those in need of additional services such as in-patient admission and addiction treatment.
CBD Certificates
We provide CBD certificates for patients with conditions known to respond to CBD including anxiety, chronic pain, opioid use disorder, cancer, PTSD, epilepsy, nerve pain, multiple sclerosis, IBS and Crohn's disease.
Laboratory Services
We offer specialty laboratory services including microbiome testing with GI map, as well as routine and specialty laboratory services through our local health system, Labcorp and Quest.
Patient information
We use an electronic medical record system called Practice Fusion so patients have access to their health information through a patient portal. We also give patients access to a secure direct messaging system to our staff. Qualified Medicare patients have access to a 24-7 nurse monitored phone service through our chronic care management system and access to needed medical equipment for remote patient monitoring such as blood pressure machines, oxygen monitors and weight scales.

We are credentialed with Medicare, Medicaid and most commercial insurance companies such as Anthem, Cigna and Aetna. We also offer financial assistance plans to the uninsured.
